Local Delivery Prices
Standard local delivery is charged @ £5.00. Deliveries outside of our local delivery area will be made at an increased delivery charge based on the postcode. Please contact us for delivery prices.
Alternatively local in-store pick up can also be arranged - contact us for details.
For same day delivery we need to receive your order by mid day 12.00pm. All deliveries are despatched from our shop Monday to Saturday 9am - 5pm. Other delivery days may apply during seasonal occasions such as Mother's Day and Valentines Day.
Please provide us with accurate details of the recipient, name, address and post code. We will not accept any responsibility for any orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you our customer.
Should the recipient not be at home at the time of delivery a card will be left to let them know an attempted delivery was made. At the courier’s discretion, flowers may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place. A signature will be required on the acceptance of flower bouquets and gifts.
For Hospital deliveries please note not all Hospital’s accept flowers. Please find out before you send flowers that the Hospital receiving will accept. We will not be held accountable for the flowers being rejected. A charge will occur on re-delivery to another address. Deliveries details to Hospitals must include recipient full name, ward name and or number.
Because fresh flowers are a natural and perishable product, flowers are non returnable and are non refundable. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0114 285 5110 within 24 hours of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with the product received. This does not affect your statutory rights.
